There is a difference between busy and stress?
There is a big difference between being busy and being stressed. You can be busy but not stressed, but you can also be busy and stressed. Working in different jobs has allowed me to see the difference between these. Working in a job that I enjoy while I might be busy I am really never stressed. Whenever I work in a job that I don’t enjoy I tend to just be overly stressed.
What is so bad about stress?
Stress is what kills your productivity. It physically and mentally wears you out. You aren’t able to work on anything else because stress has taken all energy away from you. When I worked at a job that put a massive amount of stress on me this caused me to not feel like doing any other work towards getting a different job. I would wake up in the morning and the only thing that forced me out of bed was the fact of needing money in order to pay for College. So stress is something that really kills any productivity you have and makes it difficult to do anything.
How did you feel after dropping stress?
After I dropped stress it felt like a weight had been lifted and I actually felt happier. I felt healthier overall and wished I had done it sooner. I was able to do more work overall and it became easier to wake up. Before a long list of tasks would frighten me to no end, but afterwards I actually had energy to work on it.
What do I suggest?
Stress is something that is never good for your body or mind. It kills your immune system and it because difficult to work on other items. While in a new job I tend to be more busy I am able to think still and work on many different things simply because I am not nearly as stressed as I was before.
